And my furniture stash is growing …. Our garage has been
transformed into a glorified pawn shop!Hubby’s car has been evicted and if the stash carries on growing like
this, soon my car too will be out on the pavement!

Monday already?
Do your watch also loose time over weekends?
It is the most peculiar thing, the one moment it is Friday
afternoon, and the weekend is courting you with its sweet whispers and promises
of all the nice things that the two of you will get up to.You blink, look at your watch and it is
9 pm Sunday … leaving you with a distinct feeling of betrayal. Where did the
weekend go?
And you realise, the weekend definitely was not as into you
as you were into it,...

Happiness is...
I cannot believe that it has been almost a month since my last entry.
Phew the last three weeks were a bit of a blur, the days all seemed to flow into each other making it difficult to tell whether it is Monday or Friday. Now that “normality” and some sort of a routine is about to kick in again I find myself in the middle of all sorts of strat planning and future-decision-making… These are interesting times indeed.
Just wanted to share a few projects and ideas with you:
Just love being creative, be it writing, tinkering in the studio, cooking or playing fairy-godmother to old run-down stuff.
I firmly believe that upcycling is the way of the future, there are already too many "things" on earth so rather repurpose something old and give it a beautiful creative new lease of life. It it's broken ... upcycle it!
Stick it to the mass manufacturers and support handmade product.
